CNC Machine Operators | All Experience Levels Lancaster, PA | $21-$26/hr DOE | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Shifts available 1st, 2nd, weekend Allegiance Staffing is hiring CNC Machine Operators for growing manufacturers in Lancaster, PA. What You'll Do Operate CNC machining equipment to produce precision components Perform or assist with machine setups, changeovers, and tool adjustments Read drawings, blueprints, and work instructions Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools Monitor production to meet quality and efficiency standards Assist with troubleshooting and process improvements Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
