2nd & 3rd Shift | $25-$30/hr + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus! Earn up to $30/hour plus a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus! Join a stable, growing manufacturing team. • We're looking for experienced CNC Machine Operators with 3-5 years of machining experience to join our team. Whether your background includes mills, lathes, routers, or other CNC equipment , we'd like to hear from you. Our experienced team will provide training on our CNC router equipment to help you succeed. Enjoy a clean, coolant-free machining environment working primarily with plastics and composites—not metal. Compensation & Benefits $25.00-$30.00 per hour , based on experience $2,000 Sign-On Bonus • Shift differential pay Performance-based bonus opportunities 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability Insurance Employee Referral Bonus Program Company reimbursement for work boots and safety glasses What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC router equipment Load materials and monitor machining operations Make basic program edits and machine adjustments Inspect finished parts using calipers, tape measures, and other measuring tools Deburr parts and perform quality inspections Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area What We're Looking For 3-5 years of CNC machining experience (routers, mills, lathes, or similar equipment) Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments Understanding of CNC setup, offsets, and basic program edits Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Positive attitude and willingness to learn Full-Time | In-Person Apply today and start your career with a company that invests in its employees!
