Nazareth, PA CNC Machine Operator Key Responsibilities:

Set up CNC machines by loading materials, installing tools, and calibrating equipment. Operate CNC mills/lathes to produce precision parts according to technical drawings. Run and monitor CNC programs, making necessary offset and tooling adjustments. Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools. Perform first article inspections and ensure parts meet quality standards. Deburr and finish machined parts as required. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures. Perform basic machine maintenance and report issues promptly.

CNC Machine Operator Requirements:

CNC machine operation experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality parts.
