What You Will Be Doing Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes and turning centers Machine industrial components to close tolerances across diverse setups Perform preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments Maintain quality and safety standards throughout production Keep accurate production and quality documentation Provide guidance to other machinists on the floor when needed What We Are Looking For 3 to 5 years of hands-on machining experience Proven experience with CNC and manual lathe operation Ability to run complex setups with limited supervision Proficiency with precision measurement tools Stable work history — this client values consistency High school diploma or GED required Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance HRA up to $2,500 for family coverage Short and long-term disability — 100% employer paid 401(k) with company match Life insurance, EAP, and tuition reimbursement Credit toward steel-toe boots and safety glasses 2 weeks PTO to start, 2 personal days, and company holidays #
