Job Description
CNC Machine Operator About the Role We are hiring a CNC Machine Operator for a hands-on manufacturing position. This is not a passive machine-monitoring role. You will be actively involved in setting up and operating CNC equipment, making adjustments, checking finished parts, and maintaining production quality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, dependable, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines and equipment Prepare machines for production runs and job changes Load and unload materials and finished parts Follow work orders, drawings, and production specifications Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and specifications Identify and troubleshoot basic machine or production issues Maintain consistent production and quality standards Perform basic machine maintenance and housekeeping Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Complete production and quality documentation as required Qualifications Previous CNC machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred Experience with CNC setup is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical drawings Basic math and measurement skills Comfortable using hand tools and measuring equipment Strong problem-solving skills Dependable and self-motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to quality and safety IND2
