Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. CNC Operator II -Day shift Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines to produce precision components. Read and interpret complex blueprints, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing specifications, and work instructions. Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision tools. Maintain machine performance and ensure parts meet quality and tolerance requirements. Support continuous improvement efforts to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency. Follow all safety and quality procedures in a clean, organized work environment. Required Qualifications 2+ years of CNC machining experience (milling, turning, or grinding). Strong understanding of machining fundamentals, tooling, feeds/speeds, and setup processes. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Experience with quality inspection tools and verifying tight tolerances. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred (Not Required) Exposure to 4-axis or 5-axis machining environments. Basic understanding of G-code or CNC programming. Experience with Penta, Haas, Combi or similar platforms. Background in precision manufacturing industries (aerospace, medical device, defense, etc.).
