Starting at $17.00/hour Join Our Manufacturing Team! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Bristol, RI . This is a great opportunity for someone with CNC or manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality parts. What You'll Do Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications. Monitor machines during production runs and make adjustments as needed. Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections. Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM equipment, and other precision measuring tools . Verify parts meet required dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards. Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and tooling changes. Identify and report machine, tooling, programming, or equipment issues. Maintain accurate production, quality, and maintenance records. Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required PPE. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate production and quality concerns with supervisors and team members. Participate in efforts to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Experience using precision measuring equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
