Job Description

Responsibilities:

Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment Follow standard work with attention to detail and quality Adhere to safe work practices Tackle every task with a continuous improvement mindset Perform necessary pre-operation duties to ensure proper equipment startup Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to mitigate unplanned stops and ensure quality throughput Ability to communicate with team to drive continuous production of the correct products with minimal wasted time and materials Ability to maintain a clean and organized work station

Skills/Proficiencies:

Experience in a manufacturing environment At least 5 years as a machine operator Attention to detail Basic knowledge of production procedures Abilities to read detailed part drawings

Recommendations:

Experience with general G/M Code Knowledge of Okuma (OSP controls) and Hardinge (Fanuc Controls)
