CNC Machine Operator KPower Goodlettsville, TN Job Details Full-time From $17 an hour 5 days ago Qualifications Press brake machine Forklift Manufacturing facility experience Factory experience Assembly line experience Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to work with various machining tools and equipment. The CNC Operator will ensure that production standards are met with high quality and efficiency in a fast-paced factory environment.
Shift:
1st Shift 7:00AM - 3:30
PM Payrate:
$17/Hour and up depending on experience
Position:
Temp to Hire Responsibilities Program and operate CNC mill machines to cut plastic parts Use a table router to smooth the edges of parts Experience with Fanuc computer operating system preferred Will be forklift trained when rolled over to MMC payroll Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times. Collaborate with assembly line teams for efficient production flow and quality assurance. Assist in tooling setup and adjustments to optimize machining processes. Skills Experience with Fanuc controls. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T principles, mechanical knowledge, and manufacturing processes. Experience operating various machining equipment including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, press brakes, stamping presses, and welding tools. Familiarity with tooling setup, materials handling (forklift operation), fabrication techniques, and quality control methods using precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers. Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Factory experience in a manufacturing facility or assembly line environment is preferred.
