Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision components according to technical specifications. Your expertise will ensure high-quality production, adherence to safety standards, and efficient workflow. Duties Operate CNC machining equipment such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC machining centers with precision and attention to detail. Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and production documents to ensure accurate fabrication of parts. Program CNC machines using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software and adjust machine parameters for optimal performance. Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials on machines like press brake machines, stamping presses, and flexo presses for production runs. Conduct dimensional measurements using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges; apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards for quality assurance. Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards in accordance with factory protocols. Maintain accurate production records, inspection logs, and quality control documentation throughout each shift. Assist with materials handling, packaging finished products, and supporting assembly line processes as needed. Qualifications Proven experience operating CNC machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or similar equipment in a manufacturing or factory setting. Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages such as Fanuc or related control systems. Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for interpreting technical drawings and creating programs. Ability to read mechanical blueprints and interpret manufacturing specifications accurately. Mechanical aptitude with understanding of shop math, tooling setups, fabrication techniques, and industrial safety standards. Experience with precision measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators; knowledge of GD&T principles is a plus. Hands-on experience with industrial equipment troubleshooting and basic machine maintenance. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
