Job Description
CNC Lathe Machinist Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to operate and set up CNC lathes in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC lathe operation, blueprint reading, precision measuring, and quality inspection. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes. Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. Load and adjust CNC programs as needed. Select and change tooling and make machine adjustments. Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications. Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow production schedules and safety procedures. Meet quality and production requirements. Qualifications Previous CNC lathe experience required . Experience with CNC setups and machine operation preferred. Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances. Experience using precision measuring tools. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Manufacturing or machining experience preferred. Apply today!
