Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable CNC Machine Operator to join our day shift manufacturing team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain computer numerical control (CNC) machines to safely produce precision parts. Candidates who also possess automatic welder experience are highly preferred and will receive top consideration.
Key Responsibilities Machine Operations:
Set up and run CNC machinery to cut, shape, or form metal and plastic pieces.
Blueprint Reading:
Interpret mechanical blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure precise dimensions.
Tool Maintenance:
Monitor machine performance and replace worn or dull cutting tools as required.
Welding Support:
Operate automatic welding equipment to join parts as needed by the production schedule.
Safety & Upkeep:
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and strictly follow all OSHA safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills Education:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent trade school certificate.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on CNC machine operation experience.
Welding Skills:
Experience operating automatic or robotic welding systems is a strong plus.
Technical Math:
Ability to perform basic shop math calculations.
Physical Demands:
Capability to stand for long periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds.
Pay:
$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
