We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Water Jet Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining your machine to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Program CNC machines using G-code or other programming languages
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments
- Perform quality inspections of finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
- Assemble components as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in programming CNC machines
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining processes
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
