This CNC Operator / CNC Machinist opportunity is based in Dallas, TX, with multiple shift options and room to grow in hands-on production work. Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Operator/Machinist position include: Experience operating CNC routers in a manufacturing environment, including 3-axis or 5-axis CNC router operation (DMS router experience requested). Set up, operate, and maintain CNC routers while monitoring machine performance. Adjust feed rates, speeds, and tooling as needed to meet production requirements. Interpret technical drawings and production plans to ensure accurate machining. Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality using precision measuring tools. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC equipment. Identify and report machine faults promptly to minimize downtime. Adhere to company safety policies, including proper use of PPE and hazard reporting.Salary:
$25-$30/hour for CNC Operator; $30-$35/hour for CNC Machinist.Benefits:
