CNC Machinist - Medical Device Manufacturing $27.00 - $35.00 per hour +
Overtime Location:

Additional 30% Defined career advance paths Paid training on advanced CNC technologies Relocation assistance available Climate-controlled manufacturing facility Modern 5-axis and Swiss Machining environment Multiple affordable medical plan options Dental and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match 100% paid uniforms 100 hours PTO during first year 7 paid holidays annually Employee Assistance Program Wellness Coach Program What You'll Do Setup and operate CNC machining equipment Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and process documentation Select tooling and perform offset adjustments Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections Maintain tight tolerances and superior surface finishes Troubleshoot machining issues and improve production efficiency Support continuous improvement initiatives Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping activities What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience Ability to independently setup and operate CNC equipment Strong blueprint reading skills Experience using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, offsets, and machining fundamentals Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred Experience Mazak machining centers Mazatrol controls Swiss-style CNC Lathes Multi-axis machining environments Medical device manufacturing Aerospace manufacturing Defense manufacturing Tight-tolerance precision machining Build Your Future with Acero Precision At Acero Precision, you wont spend your career simply loading parts and pushing buttons.
