We're looking for a CNC Mill Operator who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and execution. This role is hands-on, technical, and fast-paced. You'll operate and set up CNC milling equipment to produce high-tolerance parts that actually matter—parts that fly, parts that protect, parts that push technology forward. What You'll Do Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components to print Set up jobs using fixtures, tooling, offsets, and workholding Load and adjust CNC programs using CAM outputs, CAD files, and GD&T requirements Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed Support tooling changes, job changeovers, and continuous improvement efforts Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and other operators to hit production goals Prep material and maintain CNC machines What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of experience operating CNC mills (3-axis experience required) Ability to confidently read blueprints and apply GD&T Familiarity with CAM-generated programs and CNC controls (Fanuc experience preferred) Strong understanding of machining fundamentals, tooling, feeds, and speeds Experience using precision measurement tools for in-process and final inspection Mechanical aptitude and comfort working hands-on with machines and tooling Basic math skills for setups, offsets, and measurements Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work Commitment to safety, organization, and continuous improvement Why M3 Aerospace Work on real aerospace and defense parts , not commodity work A culture built on execution, accountability, and craftsmanship Opportunities to grow into advanced machining, programming, or leadership roles Be part of a company helping re-industrialize American manufacturing
