Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce clutch components to exact specifications Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and accuracy Perform routine maintenance and minor adjustments as needed Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine or production issues Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Accurately log production data and equipment performance

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of CNC machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings Familiar with machine setup, tooling, and program adjustments Strong attention to detail and quality standards Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

What We Offer:

Pay range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour , depending on experience Full-time, 40 hours/week schedule Monday through Friday , no weekends Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holiday benefits Opportunities for training
