GED Full Job Description Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
Assists CNC Machinists and Operators with machine setup, material loading, part removal, and general shop support to maintain efficient production flow.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Load raw material and unload finished parts from CNC machines Deburr, clean, and stage parts for inspection or next operation Assist with machine setups under direct supervision Keep machine area clean and stocked with required materials Move parts and materials using hand trucks or shop carts Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Perform other duties as assigned by
Machinist or Supervisor Requirements:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math skills Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous manufacturing or shop experience Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Continuous standing and walking, frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, exposure to shop noise, metal chips, and coolants.
