Job Description
Openwork is engaged in a search for a Day Shift CNC Operator for precision machining company specializing in the Oil & Gas industry in the Pearland area. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below.
- Must have experience with CNC Lathes with Fanuc controls
- In the CNC Operator position, you'll be responsible for:
- Operate a CNC machine
- Oversee the daily functions of the CNC Lathe
- Precision measurement of product using Calipers and Micrometers
- Inspect the machinery and product for quality assurance
- Handle materials appropriately and safely What you'll need:
- Familiarity with precision measurement equipment (e.g
- Calipers, Micrometers)
- Experience operating CNC Machines
- Experience level will determine pay rate
- Experience with CNC Lathes Mazak and/or Okuma with Fanuc control
- Experience with Twin Spindle or Twin Turrets is a PLUS!
- Ability to work independently
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs repeatedly
