Summary:
Support manufacturing operations by creating, editing, and troubleshooting CNC programs while operating a variety of CNC equipment. This role is responsible for producing quality parts, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safe and efficient production.
Job Duties:
Create, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs to support production requirementsSet up and operate CNC equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, routers, and other machining equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, and specificationsMonitor machine performance and inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are metPerform routine equipment maintenance and submit repair requests when neededMaintain accurate production records and communicate issues to supervisors or team leadsIdentify and report defective materials, equipment concerns, or process issuesKeep equipment and work areas clean while following all safety proceduresSupport other departments and production activities as needed
Qualifications:
