Hours:
7:00am to 3:30pm Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, the willingness to be trainable with CNC programming, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. At AEM Solutions LLC, you will play a vital role in the production process by setting up, operating, and maintaining computer-controlled machines and tools used to manufacture precision parts and components within the millwork industry.
Responsibilities include:
Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machine operations Selecting appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials Performing routine machine maintenance You will monitor operations to ensure quality standards, measure finished parts for accuracy, and make necessary adjustments to machine controls.
Additional duties involve:
Troubleshooting machine malfunctions Maintaining a clean and safe work area Collaborating with team members to optimize workflow and resolve production challenges
