The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components according to engineering specifications and quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to inspect finished products for accuracyThe Job:
Operate CNC milling, turning, drilling, and other machining equipment to manufacture parts according to specifications. Load raw materials and ensure proper machine setup prior to production runs. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, and technical specifications. Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. Perform routine quality inspections using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools. Identify and report equipment malfunctions, tooling issues, or quality concerns. Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation. Change tools, offsets, and machine settings as directed. Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.The Person:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Manual dexterity to operate machinery and measuring equipment. Familiarity with CNC controls and machine operations. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments. Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What we offer:
