CNC Operator

CNC Machinist Job Summary Join our growing manufacturing team as a CNC Machinist in Salt Lake City, earning $25/hour with a stable Monday-Friday day shift. We're looking for an experienced CNC operator to produce precision wood components in our state-of-the-art facility. What You'll Do Operate CNC machines to cut and shape wood materials to exact specifications Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders Set up machines, adjust tooling, and ensure proper calibration for each job Monitor machine operations continuously to maintain quality and efficiency standards Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues as they arise Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S principles Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA procedures

What You Bring Required:

Previous CNC operating experience (woodworking experience strongly preferred) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision work Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

Preferred:

Experience with wood CNC programming or setup Familiarity with precision measuring instruments Previous manufacturing or production environment experience Schedule & Shift Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay & Compensation $25.00 per hour This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company that specializes in high-quality, custom wood products.
