Move sheet metal and raw materials throughout the production area. Remove finished parts from CNC machines. Count, stack, wrap, and organize finished parts. Move materials using carts, pallet jacks, forklifts, or by hand. Measure, mark, and cut metal sheets using shears, drills, hand tools, mallets, chisels, and other equipment. Properly separate and dispose of scrap and waste materials. Prepare the work area for the next production job. Keep work areas, tools, and machinery clean and organized. Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE. Identify and report potential workplace hazards. Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and machine operators. Work effectively with others in a fast-paced production environment. Perform other production and general labor duties as assigned. Requirements Previous material handling experience preferred. Forklift experience is helpful but not required. Experience handling odd-size or oversized products is a plus. Strong attention to detail. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to follow directions and instructions. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends. Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally. Ability to stand, walk, sit, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, reach, and perform repetitive hand and finger movements. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a manufacturing environment. Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
