Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Day shift, Monday to Friday
• What's the Job?
• + Operate a variety of machine tools, including CNC mills and lathes, to produce precision metal parts and assemblies.

+ Measure and inspect parts to ensure they meet strict specifications and quality standards.

+ Clean, deburr, and maintain machining equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

+ Assemble components into subassemblies and complete units, including tasks such as press fitting, using hand tools, and applying adhesives.

+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• What's Needed?
• + High school diploma or GED required; a two-year technology degree is preferred.

+ At least two years of experience in close-tolerance machining or a machine shop environment.

+ Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions.

+ Proficiency in CNC machine setup and operation; programming skills are a plus.

+ Mechanical inspection and measurement skills, including use of hand tools and measuring devices.
