Job Description

What we do:
A.J. Manufacturing builds the highest quality doors and vinyl windows for the residential, commercial, and agriculture sectors. Plus, we are also the leading manufacturer of HVAC access doors and panels. Responsibilities Ability to read and understand work orders, written procedures, and instructions Determine priority based off work schedule Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE Equipment start-up, set up and shut down per process Ensure that the correct sheets are being processed and appear to be visually fee of imperfections Load turret bed with sheets of material After program is ran, remove sheets, and discard scrap Sort and transfer to next stationPHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds and up to 80 pounds with assistance. Ability to walk and stand for the duration of the shift, excluding scheduled breaks. Ability to use multiple tools while working in various positions, including squatting, bending forward, and reaching to shoulder height. Visual abilities that include close, distance, peripheral, color, and depth perception. Ability to use hands and fingers for fine manipulation. Frequent exposure to loud noise, dust, and debris associated with the production process.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to use common measuring tools, including calipers and tape measures. Ability to read and understand engineering specifications. Basic math and computer skills, includingMicrosoft Word, Excel Schedule:
2nd shift: 4:30 pm to 3:00 am, Monday through Thursday. Some overtime may be required on Fridays. Pay $21.75 hour.What we offer:
