CNC Machine Operator / Machinist - 1st Shift Cedarburg, WI | $18-$28/hour | Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm | Paid Lunch eTEK Precision Manufacturing is looking for dependable, mechanically minded CNC Machine Operators / Machinists who want to build a long-term career in precision manufacturing. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has CNC experience, or someone with strong mechanical ability who wants to learn and grow into higher-level CNC setup and machining responsibilities. 2015 certified and ITAR registered. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you will help keep CNC production running smoothly while maintaining strong attention to quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Depending on your experience, you may operate CNC Swiss machines, CNC lathes, CNC mills, or related secondary equipment. Job Responsibilities Operate CNC Swiss machines, CNC lathes, CNC mills, and secondary equipment. Load raw material and remove completed parts. Monitor machines during production to ensure parts are running properly. Check parts using measuring tools and inspection equipment. Make basic offsets and machine adjustments as needed. Run and monitor multiple automated machines. Complete production records and inspection paperwork accurately. Clean, deburr, and prepare finished parts as required. Assist with basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and shop organization. Follow company quality procedures and safety requirements. Maintain strong productivity, quality, and attention to detail. Learn more advanced CNC skills as your experience grows. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For CNC operating experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Experience with Swiss CNC machines is helpful, but not required. Experience with CNC lathes or CNC mills is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude. Good basic math skills. Ability to read blueprints is preferred. Comfortable using computers and completing paperwork. Able to follow instructions and work in a quality-focused environment. Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to stand for the duration of the shift. Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
