CNC Lathe or Mill Operator - All shifts Johnson Creek, WI from $20.00 to $26.00 per hour 2nd shift has a $1.00 shift premium, 3rd shift has a $2.00 shift premium Our shop is predominantly equipped with robotic cells, making up over 95% of our operations. The Machine Operator is responsible for running CNC Mills or Lathes Using a variety of precision measuring devices Working from a blueprint or drawing with specifications Striving for continuous improvement Ability to work in a robot cell structure operating multiple machines at a time Meets with engineers to discuss potential machine problems Maintain a clean work areaRequirements:
CNC Machinists need to have the ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing Attention to detail Ability to change your own tools. Walk and stand for the entire shift Vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Required to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and will frequently lift up to 25 pounds such as moving parts from material storage and moving parts in and out of work area.
