CNC Machine Operator Next Level Staffing - 4.2 Milwaukee, WI Job Details Full-time $21 - $23 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Machine tool maintenance Machine setup Dimensional inspection Milling machines Quality assurance experience within manufacturing Full Job Description Specific Responsibilities Operate CNC vertical machining centers with Fanuc controls. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and detect any defects. Prepare machinery for production by adjusting settings and ensuring proper calibration. Saw Cutting Operations. Ability to read blueprints; inspect from blueprints; use various measuring devices. Monitor equipment during operation to ensure efficiency, detect malfunctions, and maintain quality standards. Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs on equipment. Adhere strictly to company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Record production data, such as output, materials used, and downtime. Other tasks as assigned by management.
