The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and setting up CNC machinery and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for producing precision parts and components according to specifications while ensuring high-quality standards are met. Responsibilities Operate CNC milling machines, lathes, and other CNC equipment to produce parts as per blueprints and technical drawings. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy of manufactured parts. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards of workmanship. Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line for efficient production flow. Skills Proficiency in operating CNC machinery including CNC lathes and milling machines. Familiarity with Fanuc controls and programmable logic controllers (PLC). Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively. Understanding of basic math principles for measurements and calculations in machining tasks. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing facility while adhering to safety protocols.
