Our Production team is expanding, and we are seeking an additional CNC Operator - First Shift - for our Racine location.

What You Will Do:

The CNC Operator requirements include but are not limited to the set-up, programming and operation of the following machinery: CNC Lathe /

Barfeeder:

tool setting, fixture set-up, making offsets, inspection, operator preventative maintenance.

CNC Milling Center:

tool setting, fixture set up, making offsets, inspection, operator preventative maintenance. Comply with all safety policies and procedures. Comply with all API Heat Transfer policies for behavior within the workplace. Comply with all the

Quality Standards, policies, and procedures of API Heat Transfer.

What You Bring:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with two years minimum of related combined experience. Basic set up experience on lathes and/or Machining centers. Ability to read and alter programs. Understand basic G and M codes. Ability to read blueprints.

Physical Requirements:

Standing:

Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8-12 hours per shift).

Walking:

Frequent walking throughout the production floor.

Lifting and Carrying:

Regularly lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds. Occasionally lift heavier items (up to 75 pounds) with assistance or equipment.

Pushing and Pulling:

Use of manual or mechanical means to push/pull carts, equipment, or materials.

Repetitive Motions:

Frequent use of hands and wrists for repetitive tasks (e.g., assembling, sorting, packaging).

Manual Dexterity:

Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle small parts or tools.

Climbing:

Occasional use of ladders or steps to reach equipment or storage areas.

Visual and Hearing Requirements:

Sufficient vision (with or without correction) to read labels, safety signs, and equipment gauges. Adequate hearing (with or without aids) to respond to alarms and verbal instructions in a noisy environment.

Environmental Tolerance:

Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot, cold, or humid conditions). Exposure to noise, dust, odors, and manufacturing chemicals. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
