Position Title:
CNC Operator Wage:
$22.00- $24.
Shift:
1stHours:
6:00am- 2:00pm The CNC Operator is responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision machined components that meet quality and production standards.
CNC Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC milling and/or turning machines to produce precision parts
- Load and unload materials and monitor machine operations
- Perform basic machine setup adjustments and tool changes as needed
- Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Keep work area clean and organized following safety guidelines
- Communicate issues or deviations to supervisors or quality team
- Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives Requirements for
CNC Operator:
- Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience
- Ability to read basic work instructions and follow procedures
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
- Commitment to workplace safety
- CNC machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) preferred
- Experience in precision machining or production environments is a plus IND159
