Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, and maintaining a variety of CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will ensure the highest quality standards are met while maintaining efficient production workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment in an environment that values precision, safety, and continuous improvement. Duties Operate and monitor CNC machines such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, to Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings. Conduct routine inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions and tolerances. Maintain machine calibration. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times while operating machinery or handling materials within the manufacturing facility. Experience No experience need but the below is preferred Proven factory experience working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machining processes. Hands-on experience operating CNC equipment including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes is. Familiarity with blueprint reading, GD&T standards, and mechanical drawings to accurately interpret technical specifications. Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers for quality control checks. Experience with materials handling equipment like forklifts is preferred; certification is a plus. Basic math skills for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and machine settings. Strong understanding of manufacturing safety standards and quality assurance procedures in a fast-paced factory setting.
