• High School Diploma/GED; Associate degree from an accredited college or university is a BONUS Required Experience
• At least 3 years of CNC Setup and Operation experience Responsibilities Setup high-end 5-axis CNC mills equipment to manufacture complex products with very tight tolerances to produce high quality parts according to blueprints and engineering models.

Interpret (G-Code) programming, set up, and run 5-axis CNC mills. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, bore gauges, and micrometers to ensure accuracy of finished parts Understand speeds & feeds with an ability to align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and accessories Run first piece and check for conformance to specifications, complying with inspection requirements outlined by the Quality Department. Load and unload raw material or parts into machining centers. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED. Associate degree from an accredited college or university is a BONUS Minimum of three years of machining experience on precision, complex CNC mills; preferred experience specifically on Fanuc Controlled machines. Extensive experience with maintaining tight tolerances (generally 2 tenths to 5 tenths, sometimes tighter), and to read and interpret blueprints and use required digital measuring instruments Experience with basic shop math, and familiarity with GD&T. Experience with HyperMill or SolidCAM, specifically 2023 or newer. Experience with Renishaw and Blum Probing cycles Please send your resume to Bpetrowitz@seekcareers.com.
