Position Overview The CNC Programmer II supports the fabrication of production and prototype tooling, fixtures, and machined parts by programming and optimizing a variety of CNC machines. This role uses blueprints, CAD models, and engineering specifications to develop accurate, efficient toolpaths that meet tight tolerance and quality requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Programmer who enjoys multi-axis machining, process optimization, and mentoring operators and junior programmers. What You Will Do Create and edit CNC programs to ensure complete processes and high-quality parts Design fixtures for production and prototype manufacturing using CAD software Maintain and organize the CNC program directory Provide CNC programming training to operators and other programmers Implement program changes per

processes Create toolpaths from prints and 3D models Evaluate jobs for proper manufacturing methods and sequencing Program parts directly from CAD files or prints Education Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred) Associate's Degree (Preferred) Experience Qualifications 5+ years of experience programming, tooling, and operating CNC and manual equipment (Required) 2+ years of experience with SurfCam (Required) 2+ years of experience with Mastercam (Preferred) Knowledge & Skills That Enable Success Extensive experience with Blueprint Reading Working experience with CAD software Extensive experience with Machine Setup Extensive experience with Manufacturing Equipment Extensive experience with CNC Programming Strong problem-solving ability Working experience with Tool & Die Design Extensive experience with Multi-Axis Machining Physical Demands Frequent movement throughout the facility Frequent handling, adjusting, and positioning of tools and equipment Occasional standing and communication tasks Ability to distinguish writing, measurements, and defects frequently Working Conditions Manufacturing environment with frequent noise exposure What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Opportunity to grow in a fast-growing medical device company Meaningful work helping people live longer, more active lives Comprehensive benefits package Culture built on: Integrity First
