Job Description
Overview We're hiring Senior CNC Programmers for a precision manufacturing facility supporting aerospace and defense industries. This role goes well beyond writing toolpaths—you'll own the manufacturing process from customer model review through first article approval and production release, helping determine how some of the shop's most complex components are manufactured. You'll work alongside manufacturing engineers and senior machinists to develop stable, repeatable machining processes using Siemens NX CAM , programming advanced Hermle 5-axis machining centers , horizontal machining centers, and other high-end equipment. You'll influence tooling, workholding, setup strategy, and automation while partnering directly with the machinists proving out your programs on the floor. The company is investing heavily in advanced manufacturing technology as it continues expanding its aerospace and defense work. With modern equipment, complex new product introductions, and a strong engineering culture, this is an opportunity to work on challenging parts while helping shape the manufacturing processes that drive the business forward.
