This is an opportunity for a highly motivated CNC Programmer to join a creative, innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the program code to machine parts based on the blueprint along with optimizing the programs to achieve better efficiency. We're looking for someone with knowledge of the manufacturing industry and the experience to bring new ideas to the table. Responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC programs. Utilize GD&T principles to ensure precision and accuracy in machining processes. Collaborate with team members to streamline CNC processes. Continuously update and improve CNC programming skills to meet industry standards. Qualifications Proficiency in CNC programming Experience with FeatureCAM Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles Understanding of GD&T and CAM programming Ability to read and interpret blueprints and solid models accurately Strong attention to detail and precision in machining processes Requirements US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Background check
