Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist for a direct-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing team in Adelanto, CA. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on CNC professional who enjoys programming, setting up machines, troubleshooting machining challenges, and producing accurate, high-quality parts. Key Responsibilities Program, set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machinery to produce precision parts. Complete machine setups including tooling, fixtures, offsets, workholding, and machining strategies. Work with CNC mills, CNC lathes, horizontal mills, and vertical boring mills. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and machining specifications. Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, and other precision measuring equipment. Troubleshoot machining issues, make adjustments, maintain production documentation, and support preventative maintenance.
