Inc. is a manufacturing company specializing in high precision gear components for the Aerospace, Defense and Energy industries.
Available Position:
CNC Programmer Lathe and Mills. This is a direct hire position with no employment agency involvement. Candidate will be tasked with producing CNC programs, machining strategies and Set-up work instructions to machine parts at different stages of production. Development of fixtures and work holding design along with required special tooling as needed. Full-time position, 4-day, 40 hrs. weekly scheduled 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Mon. - Thu. Overtime will be available as required.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience working in a
JOB SHOP
environment Programming CNC Lathes and Mills. Proficient programming skills with FANUC and HAAS controls. Must be able to excel in a fast-paced job shop environment producing a very high-quality level of parts with tolerances of +/-.0005" daily. General knowledge of Lathes and Mills is a requirement in working together with the Set-up personnel while trouble shooting new programs and cutting strategies when necessary. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not necessary. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Must be eligible to legally work in the United States of America.
