Industries, we've built over 40 years of expertise in precision machining for the aerospace, defense, commercial, and semiconductor industries. We specialize in low-volume, high-mix work where every day brings new challenges. We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining multi-axis machining programs using GibbsCAM. You will support floor operations by developing efficient toolpaths for a diverse lineup of 3, 4, and 5-axis mills and horizontal machining centers to produce parts for aerospace, defense, commercial, and semiconductor industries. What You'll Do Generate and optimize CNC programs for 3,4 and 5 axis mills using GibbsCAM software. Develop comprehensive setup sheets, tooling lists, and work instructions to ensure smooth handoffs to setup machinists and operators. Assist with initial first-article prove-outs, working closely with shop personnel to adjust feeds, speeds, and toolpaths for maximum efficiency. Set-up machines as required to prove out new or existing part programs. What We're Looking For 3+ years of dedicated CNC programming experience in a precision job shop environment. Demonstrated proficiency using GibbsCAM software or similar CADCAM software. Strong understanding of machining dynamics, custom workholding strategies, and modern cutting tool technologies. Strong ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints, engineering models, and complex GD&T specifications. Excellent problem-solving ability and sharp attention to detail. Preferred Skills Experience setting up 3, 4, and/or 5 axis mills with Fanuc controls. Background in low-volume, high-mix job shop environments. CAD/CAM programming experience Why Join Us?
