Location:
El Cajon, CA OnsiteJob Position Summary:
Candidate should possess strong experience in Siemens NX CAM programming and shop-floor machine prove-out activities. Must be capable of generating and validating CNC programs, conducting simulation and collision checks, performing first-time prove-out on CNC machines, troubleshooting machining issues, and optimizing programs for aerospace manufacturing applications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, modify, validate, and optimize CNC programs;
  • work with operations and engineering teams to resolve programming and process execution issues;
  • ensure program consistency, process adherence, and support for production quality requirements;
  • contribute to improved throughput and effective support of high-volume peening operations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in CNC programming on Lathe or Turning Machine or similar manufacturing / surface treatment processes;
  • strong understanding of programmed machine motion, process validation, and production support;
  • strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.
Pay:
$70,000.00
