Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs for milling and turning operations while ensuring high-quality production, efficiency, and safety.
Shift:
6am - 2:30pm & 3:30pm-12am
Pay:
$22-40 DOE Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software.
  • Set up and troubleshoot CNC mills and lathes.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
  • Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters.
  • Perform first-piece inspections and verify dimensional accuracy.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain program documentation and revision records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC machine operations.
  • Experience with 3-axis and/or 5-axis machining is preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
  • Knowledge of GD&T and machining best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
