The Challenge Operate and set up advanced 5-axis milling centers to hold tight tolerances on complex geometries. Jump between prototypes and scaling production as our operation accelerates. Edit existing programs early on; advance to full CNC programming within 6-12 months. Cut a variety of materials, including Inconel and metal 3D-printed blanks, as your experience allows. Must-Haves Direct, hands-on 5-axis milling experience (required — non-negotiable). Problem-solver who works confidently without rigid, step-by-step procedures. Genuine ambition to advance into a more technical programming role. Bonus Points DMG Mori platforms. Siemens controls. Mastercam or comparable CAM. Background machining exotic alloys (Inconel). Experience with metal additive parts. High-growth space/aerospace hardware experience (e.g., SpaceX, Rocket Lab, Vast).
