Responsibilities Use CAM software to program and generate G-code for Okuma mill-turn lathes and mills. Optimize complex multi-axis programs for quality, repeatability, cycle time, and production readiness. Create and refine tooling and process setup sheets for new-part introductions. Set up, prove out, and operate programs while resolving production issues independently. Build and maintain reusable CAM data and process knowledge for efficient new-part programming. Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for part-quality issues. Analyze parts for manufacturability and partner with engineering on drawing improvements. Incorporate production feedback rapidly and mentor junior programmers on best practices. Qualifications Senior-level experience programming complex CNC machining operations. Deep CAM, G-code, tooling, fixturing, setup, and process-optimization expertise. Strong experience with multi-axis mills and mill-turn equipment; Okuma experience is valuable. Demonstrated DFM, troubleshooting, and production judgment.

Pay:
