In this role, you will take ownership of high-complexity CNC programming, process architecture, and machining execution using Mastercam—focusing primarily on multi-axis milling platforms. If you are an experienced manufacturing professional who excels at solving intricate machining challenges, optimizing CAM toolpaths, and leading new product introductions from print to final inspection, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
3+ years of senior-level CNC programming experience in high-precision, tight-tolerance industries (Semiconductor, Aerospace, or Medical Device).
Software Mastery:
Extensive hands-on experience with Mastercam (Mastercam 2026 experience highly desirable) alongside 3D CAD modeling software (SolidWorks or AutoCAD).
Controls & Machinery:
Direct setup and programming fluency on Haas and Fanuc controls.
Materials & Tolerances:
Deep background holding tight tolerances (to +
•.0002") across diverse materials, including Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Inconel, and Engineering Plastics.
Problem Solving:
Proven ability to create custom macro programs, optimize feeds/speeds, and design robust manufacturing processes from scratch.

Process Engineering & Prove-Out:
Establish complete machining methodologies, execute dry runs, and lead initial part prove-outs to ensure flawless, collision-free production.
Fixture Design & Tooling Strategy:
Model specialized workholding, custom soft jaws, and fixtures in SolidWorks/CAD; select optimal cutting tools, inserts, speeds, and feeds to maximize efficiency and tool life.
Blueprint & GD&T Expertise:
Interpret complex engineering drawings, CAD models, and advanced GD&T specifications (ASME Y14.5) to plan sequence of operations.
Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
Analyze existing G-code programs, cycle times, and toolpaths to maximize spindle utilization and throughput.
Shop Floor Leadership:
Partner closely with setup machinists and operators, providing technical mentorship, macro/control troubleshooting, and setup support on Haas and Fanuc equipment.
