We are looking for someone who knows machining—not just someone who can push the cycle-start button. The right candidate should be comfortable setting up CNC lathes, troubleshooting machining problems, holding close tolerances, and taking ownership of their work from setup through final inspection. We pay above-market rates and are willing to highly compensate the right person. Our Equipment We run Mori Seiki
NLX 2500 CNC
lathes equipped with live tooling and Y-axis capability. Experience with Mori Seiki NLX machines, live tooling, Y-axis turning centers, or similar multi-axis CNC lathes is highly desirable. Programming Experience = Higher Compensation The ability to program CNC machines is a major plus and will qualify the right candidate for higher compensation. We use SolidCAM / InventorCAM for CNC programming. Experience with another CAM system is also valuable. A strong programmer does not need previous SolidCAM / InventorCAM experience to be considered. We are particularly interested in machinists who can take a job from print to finished part , including: CNC programming Complete machine setup Tool and insert selection Workholding Speeds and feeds Live-tooling operations Y-axis machining Program prove-out First-piece inspection Troubleshooting Process improvement and cycle-time optimization
Compensation:
$35
  • 55+ Per Hour + Full Benefits We pay above-market rates and are willing to highly compensate the right person.
Pay is based on demonstrated ability—not simply years of experience. Candidates who can independently program, set up, prove out, troubleshoot, and run our Mori Seiki
NLX 2500
turning centers with live tooling and Y-axis will qualify for our highest compensation levels. SolidCAM / InventorCAM programming experience is a major plus. If you are an exceptional CNC machinist/programmer, we are willing to compensate for exceptional talent. Full Benefits
