Position Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator/Programmer to produce precision components for innovative architectural and building technology projects. The ideal candidate has experience operating multi-axis CNC equipment, metal fabrication, and precision manufacturing, with a passion for bringing complex designs to life through advanced digital fabrication processes.

Compensation:

$35.00-$40.00 per hour , based on experience, technical skills, and qualifications. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate 6-axis CNC machinery. Interpret and execute digital fabrication files. Work with engineering and design teams to optimize manufacturing processes. Perform machine setup, tool changes, and quality inspections. Verify dimensional accuracy and maintain high quality standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Required Qualifications Two or more years of experience operating CNC or robotic machining equipment in a production environment. Experience setting up and operating 6-axis CNC or robotic machining equipment. Basic CNC or robotic programming experience, including loading, interpreting, and making minor program adjustments. Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, dimensions, and tolerances. Metal fabrication or machining experience. Strong attention to detail, quality, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Rhino 3D and Grasshopper or similar digital fabrication workflows. Experience machining aluminum parts. Experience fabricating structural components or prefabricated building systems. Experience collaborating with engineering, programming, or design teams in a digital manufacturing environment. Interest in architecture, digital fabrication, and building technology.

Pay:

$28.00 - $38.00 per hour
