What We Offer Competitive pay:

$35.00-$42.00 per hour, depending on experience 100% employer-paid medical benefits Four-day work week (4/10 schedule): Monday through Thursday Responsibilities Program complex 5-axis CNC milling operations using Mastercam Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for a DN Solutions (Doosan)

DVF 5000

5-axis machining center Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T specifications Develop efficient machining strategies while maintaining tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes Edit G-code as needed Create setup sheets and maintain program documentation Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production to ensure successful project execution Qualifications Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience using Mastercam Minimum 5 years of experience programming CNC mills in a precision manufacturing environment Experience programming simultaneous 5-axis CNC machining centers Experience with a DN Solutions (Doosan) DVF 5000 or similar 5-axis machining center strongly preferred Strong understanding of G-code programming and editing Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T Experience machining aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, brass, copper, and engineering plastics Strong understanding of tooling selection, machining strategies, and process optimization Proficient with precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and height gauges Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills #
