CNC Programmer Advanced aerospace manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our growing manufacturing team. We are a fast-paced precision machining company specializing in aerospace/defense components looking for a skilled programmer who takes pride in producing high-quality parts efficiently.

Monday-Friday, Day Shift __________________________________ CNC programmer 5-axis - Mastercam, Catia, Open Mind/ hyper mill OR Fusion 360 About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented CNC Programmer who can take projects from print or model to finished, optimized programs. You'll work closely with our machinists and engineering team to produce accurate, efficient programs for our 5-axis mills. Key Responsibilities Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam / Fusion 360 / Catia / Open Mind Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and GD&T requirements Select appropriate tooling, speeds, feeds, and workholding strategies Perform program prove-outs Troubleshoot and improve existing programs for cycle time reduction and quality Collaborate with machinists to ensure programs run smoothly on the shop floor Maintain organized program libraries and documentation Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Requirements 3+ years of 5 axis CNC programming experience Proficiency in CAM software (Mastercam / Fusion 360 / Catia or Open Mind) Strong understanding of G-code and machining principles Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Experience with 5-axis machining Knowledge of various materials aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, plastics, etc. Strong problem-solving and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for overtime Clean, well-equipped shop with modern CNC machines Supportive team environment with room for growth

$37.00 - $50.00 per hour
