Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer to support our CNC department. In this role, you will handle a variety of responsibilities from programming and operating CNC equipment to designing and producing fixtures to support both production and prototyping efforts. You'll play a key part in helping us maintain efficiency, precision, and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, program, and maintain CNC machines to support production and prototype builds Design and manufacture fixtures as needed Track daily production output and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements Maintain and repair CNC equipment to ensure smooth operation Procure necessary tooling and supplies for the CNC department Organize and maintain an efficient, safe, and clean work environment Collaborate with operations and manufacturing teams to align CNC capabilities with production goals
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required Formal CNC training a plus (but not required) Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings and complete necessary documentation
Experience:
1-5 years of CNC machining and programming experience preferred Experience in both production and prototyping environments is a plus Familiarity with machining plastics is advantageous, but not required Experience building and assembling mechanical fixturing
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Overtime available
